Fulfillment Policy
Thank you for choosing PopularRize Media. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we handle project fulfillment, timelines, cancellations, and refunds. Our goal is to provide clarity and build a foundation of trust and transparency in every engagement.
Service Fulfillment
Marketing services are project-based or retainer-based and may include strategy development, content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting.
Upon agreement and receipt of payment (or initial deposit, if applicable), a project kickoff will be scheduled.
Clients will receive a scope of work, timeline, and deliverable schedule tailored to the specific service(s) requested.
All work begins after we receive required assets, approvals, and collaboration from the client as defined in the onboarding process.
Timelines and Delivery
Timelines are estimated based on project scope and resource availability. Delays due to missing input, delayed approvals, or scope changes may result in timeline adjustments.
Deliverables will be submitted according to the agreed timeline. Any revisions included in the scope must be requested within the feedback window specified (typically within 5 business days of delivery).
Cancellations and Terminations
Clients may cancel marketing services by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance.
For monthly retainers, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
For project-based services, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed, and the client may receive a partial refund of any unused portion, minus any non-refundable expenses or time invested.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of marketing services, we do not offer full refunds once a project has begun or services have been rendered.
Partial refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
The project is canceled before work has started.
A significant delay or failure to deliver due to our internal error (not caused by client delay or lack of input).
Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes (e.g., based on performance) if the work delivered matches the approved brief and scope.
